    Before the order is placed, we confirm the product specification and packaging with you.

  4. 4 Contract and payment

    We formalize the order and the agreed payment terms.

  5. 5 Order preparation

    We prepare your order to the confirmed specification.

  6. 6 Documentation

    We put together the documents that travel with the shipment.

  7. 7 Shipment

    The goods leave for their destination under the agreed Incoterm.

  8. 8 Follow-up

    We keep you informed until the agreed delivery.
